I am a fan of banning darvocet and lorcet other drugs that contain more then 325mgs of tylenol combo. A lot of drs now prescribe Norco wich is a alternative to vicoden with various hydrocodone from 2.5 to 10mg per pill with 325mg of tylenol. the biggest suffer's are going to be chronic pain patients like myself that use fentanyl patches with norco 10/325's for breakthrough pain but like i said a minor switch to oxycodone IR probably would be a good substitue all this is gonna do is put massive strain on drs finding alternative drugs that ppl need to go on and i agree some will go on stronger narcotics then needed oxycontin on the other hand is a safe drug when used correctly ppl need to take less pills but drug abusers crush the pill releasing the full possibly fatal dose of the drug all at once.
